These terms cover your use of the GameCrew mobile app (“GameCrew”, “the app”). By installing or using GameCrew, you agree to them.

What GameCrew is

GameCrew is a companion app for following football matches. It turns match data into live commentary, a visual play-by-play (“Game View”), and a group chat where you can react to the match with friends. Match data is sourced from third-party sports data providers and may include AI-generated commentary built on that data.

Playful items, not financial products

GameCrew includes cosmetic, in-app collectible items (“gifts”) that fans can earn while following a match. These items are for fun and social display within the app. They are not investments, are not intended to have monetary value, and GameCrew makes no promises about their value, transferability, or future utility. Where these items are represented on-chain, this is for ownership and provenance, not as a financial instrument.

Your account and wallet

Some features may involve connecting a crypto wallet. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and its credentials — GameCrew never asks for and never stores your wallet’s private keys or seed phrase.

Acceptable use

Don’t use GameCrew to:

• interfere with or disrupt the app or the services it depends on
• attempt to access data or accounts that aren’t yours
• use the app for any unlawful purpose

Availability

GameCrew depends on third-party data providers for match information. We do our best to keep the app accurate and available, but match data, commentary, and in-app features may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable — GameCrew is a companion experience, not an official source of match results.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
